This valve is suitable for dry ash system of power plant, discharge and transportation of warehouse pump. It can also be used for opening and closing of mine, paper making, chemical industry and other dry dust with wear, high hardness particles such as (ash water) and other media, or soft particles but corrosive pipelines. The nominal pressure is 1.0 Mpa, the adaptive temperature is less than or equal to 200 degrees, and the gas source pressure is 0.6-0.8 Mpa.
The valve is sealed in all directions after closing. The intermediate system of the valve body is welded with WCB steel castings and seamless steel pipes. The sealing surface is sealed with hard seals.
The valve material buckle has blocking device in full circulation and no obstruction. It has strong wear resistance and good sealing performance. It has less ash jamming and ash deposit at start-up load.
The valve is sealed with high-grade ceramics with strong mechanical strength, good wear resistance and long service life. It is compact in structure and can be installed at any angle.
