ZPG-IZ series automatic backwash sewage filter is suitable for industrial wastewater treatment process, slag washing water in steel plant, power plant process and cooling water, paper making process and water intake, chemical production process and irrigation system, etc. It is used to filter all kinds of hard particles with a diameter of 3500-300 microns in water to ensure the safe and reliable operation of the system.
Structure and working principle
ZPG-IZ series automatic backwash sewage filter adopts high strength stainless steel mesh, which has the characteristics of large capacity, long service life and high cleaning efficiency. This machine adopts intelligent differential pressure control and timing control automatic backwash filter. When the pressure difference between the inlet and outlet of the filter reaches the set value or the timer reaches the set time, the electric control box sends a signal to drive the valve to rotate, and the sewage valve opens. At this time, water flow is forced from the inlet hole of the filter barrel into the outer part of the filter barrel and the shell sandwich, and the impurities adhering to the net hole are washed back from the outside of the filter barrel to achieve the purpose of cleaning the filter. When the pressure difference between the inlet and outlet of the filter returns to normal or after the time set by the timer is over, the motor stops turning and the electric sewage valve closes. During the whole process, the liquid flow continuously, realizing continuous and automatic production.
