Structure and working principle
ZPG-IZ series automatic backwash sewage filters adopt high strength stainless steel mesh, which has the characteristics of large capacity, long service life and high cleaning efficiency. The impurities entering the inlet of the filter with the fluid are trapped by the mesh hole and accumulated at the back end of the filter. When sewage is needed, turn the handle to close the guide valve plate and open the drain valve at the same time. At this time, the blocked high-pressure water flow is forced from the entrance hole of the filter barrel into the outer part of the filter barrel and the shell sandwich, and the impurities adhering to the mesh are washed from the outside of the filter, and discharged from the negative pressure outlet to achieve the purpose of cleaning the filter. In the process of sewage discharge, most of the fluids are still circulating in the system pipeline, realizing continuous flow operation, improving production efficiency, ZPG-I automatic backwash sewage filter is easy to operate and manage, with high filtration speed, simple and reliable flushing, no need of power and strong backwash ability. At the same time, energy-saving flushing sewage discharge process is in full flow.
