VQT electric actuator, main functions and characteristics:
A: Hard anodic oxidation die-casting aluminum shell, external epoxy powder coating, small size, light weight, high protection level, severe working environment
B: Excellent mechanical transmission system, stable performance
C: Automatic phase sequence correction and phase break alarm protection function of power supply. Ordinary electrical installations must have correct phase sequence of three-phase power supply. Once the phase sequence is wrong, the electrical installations or valves will be damaged.
The automatic phase detection function is added to the QT type electrical installation. Whether the phase sequence of the power supply is introduced correctly or not, the actuator can rotate correctly in the set direction. At the same time, it can monitor the existence of all three phases of AC power supply. If one or more phases are lost, the operation of the actuator will be prohibited and the alarm will be given to protect the actuator.
D: Multiple remote control functions
1) Receiving long-range passive trunk contacts: signal short pulse (click)

4) The input and output signal channels are optoelectronically isolated and can withstand 2000V surge voltage.
5) Motor Overheat Protection Function
G: Non-intrusive design. The absolute encoder is used to output the travel of debugging products without cover. The travel setting is accomplished by remote control or field control button through a window for man-machine dialogue.
H: Operation fault self-diagnosis technology: The faults occurring in operation are displayed by code mode, which is convenient for staff to maintain and repair in time.
J: The magnetic rotary switch is used in the field to realize the state transition between the field and the remote control, the field switch valve control and the parameter setting of the actuator in the state of complete isolation from the electric box.
